We’re moving through an intense time energetically. Heatwaves abound in many parts of the world, on that, i hope there can be something here to help you out.
Of course we’re also still very much riding this intense period of time globally where… there’s a lot going on. So although this post is using examples of ‘summertime’ heat, you might apply this boiling point to whatever intensity feels resonant right now.
Hope it’s supportive and, you know the drill, if you dig and want to support a space to land, feel welcome to subscribe, and/or meet me in the comments below, and/or share a snapshot of it on socials, and/or maybe, forward it to a friend you think might dig it too?

🌶 Hot scrots
There’s an inappropriate name i give to the particular irritable mood which peppers the summertime: ‘hot scrots’.
This has nothing to do with gender constructs nor genitalia, more a description, like my infamous uncontrollable urge to describe a potentially intense situation as ‘spicy meatballs’; it’s not that we are eating meatballs, rather, we observe the balls of meat are spicy, whether they are our desired thing to eat or not.
Hot scrots carries the same energy.
The scrots are hot.
Scrots might be… balls. Or they might be topics of conversation. They might be a ‘situation’, or a way of being, a form of response… does that make sense? …Have i spoken about hot scrots too much?
Anyway. Summertime is a season potent with hot scrot energy.
We might notice it as we make our way about the world, trying to access a park so we can stand under a tree to decompress, yet encounter obstacles like SHOUTY people, beepy horns or big car rev energy, vroom vroom, etc.
