🪐 How are you holding space for yourself these days? 🪐

I don’t know about you but I’m craving more softness and slow spacemaking.

Let's explore with this 45 minute video practice and playlist where you’re invited to take up space—gently, slowly and with presence. We’ll stay low to the ground and move through a soothing, unwinding sequence, paying close attention to what’s here, and what’s ready to soften to create more space for something else.

In this session, you’ll find:

  • grounding shapes that support the nervous system

  • slow, intentional transitions to invite presence

  • space to feel, to soften, and to simply Be with what’s here (still processing…)

  • an invitation to restore

This isn’t a practice of fixing or changing. It’s a practice of noticing. Of honouring what’s here. Of remembering that rest is a form of resilience—especially in times like these. Rest isn’t withdrawal—it’s preparation. It’s how we root ourselves so we can show up for the world and for each-Other with more steadiness, more clarity, and more care.

I hope this meets you wherever you are—whether it’s a slow start, the midst of a long day, or the end of a full week. Take what you need, and move in a way that feels right for you. Adjustments and modifications are offered for the video journey—think of it as a super mellow hip party where you can add your own seasoning! 🌶

However you show up for this practice, with whatever you’re feeling and whatever is present: you are welcome.

🎶 there’s also a playlist to accompany the practice, if music helps support your practice. You’ll find it linked below.

✨ take your time. move slowly. and know that however you arrive, you are welcome here.

Thank you for being here and for practicing with me. 💜
