đŞ How are you holding space for yourself these days? đŞ
I donât know about you but Iâm craving more softness and slow spacemaking.
Let's explore with this 45 minute video practice and playlist where youâre invited to take up spaceâgently, slowly and with presence. Weâll stay low to the ground and move through a soothing, unwinding sequence, paying close attention to whatâs here, and whatâs ready to soften to create more space for something else.
In this session, youâll find:
grounding shapes that support the nervous system
slow, intentional transitions to invite presence
space to feel, to soften, and to simply Be with whatâs here (still processingâŚ)
an invitation to restore
This isnât a practice of fixing or changing. Itâs a practice of noticing. Of honouring whatâs here. Of remembering that rest is a form of resilienceâespecially in times like these. Rest isnât withdrawalâitâs preparation. Itâs how we root ourselves so we can show up for the world and for each-Other with more steadiness, more clarity, and more care.
I hope this meets you wherever you areâwhether itâs a slow start, the midst of a long day, or the end of a full week. Take what you need, and move in a way that feels right for you. Adjustments and modifications are offered for the video journeyâthink of it as a super mellow hip party where you can add your own seasoning! đś
However you show up for this practice, with whatever youâre feeling and whatever is present: you are welcome.
đś thereâs also a playlist to accompany the practice, if music helps support your practice. Youâll find it linked below.
⨠take your time. move slowly. and know that however you arrive, you are welcome here.
Thank you for being here and for practicing with me. đ
